When we designed and built our lodges, there was one driving force: You. We founded our first Red Mangrove lodge in Puerto Ayora, Santa Cruz in 2007. This was the beginning of not only a business, but also, the Red Mangrove Family. In 2008, our family expanded with two more lodges; Red Mangrove Isabela and Red Mangrove Floreana. The addition of these lodges paved the way for us to provide high-quality land packages that ensured not only consistency, but also options and flexibility that cruises simply cannot provide.

2010 saw the addition of two more lodges, one each on Santa Cruz and Isabela. This growth has given us the opportunity to offer a larger variety of programs including our dive program. Whether your travel goal is luxury focused or cost conscious, we are devoted to offering you a life-enhancing trip like no other.

While staying at our lodges, our chefs prepare traditional Ecuadorian specialties as well as a plethora of options for all palates, ages and diet restrictions. Each meal is created with attention and care, making for a special and memorable experience. Meals are served buffet-style so you can eat exactly what you want in terms of choice and quantity.
